By browsing this site or commissioning retail performance advisory for multi-location stores, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services described

Descriptions of advisory engagements, rates, and timelines are informational. A separate written estimate or engagement letter sets the binding scope, fees, and visit schedule for each client.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and graphics remain the property of Page Haven Core Advisory Co., Ltd. Reports, checklists, and photographs produced during a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use. Redistribution to third parties requires written consent unless the engagement letter states otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate store lists, reasonable access during agreed visit windows, and truthful trading context. Delays in access or document delivery may extend timelines without reducing fees already earned for completed visit days.

Liability

Advisory recommendations reflect observations and professional judgement at the time of delivery. Commercial results depend on management execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep site content current but do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. Informal enquiries via the contact form do not create a client relationship until an estimate is accepted in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or from advisory engagements, unless a signed engagement letter names a different forum.
