About
Retail advisors who still walk the floor
Page Haven Core Advisory helps multi-location store operators tighten conversion, labour coverage, and merchandising standards—one branch visit at a time.
Official name & history
The official registered business name is Page Haven Core Advisory Co., Ltd. The firm was established in 2014 in Bangkok after its founders spent years managing district teams for apparel and specialty retail chains.
Early work focused on single-store turnarounds along Srasrong Road and neighbouring districts. As clients opened second and third branches, the practice shifted toward network-level reviews: comparing sister stores, writing standards that travel between footprints, and coaching managers through peak coverage without inflating weekday payroll.
Today the practice remains deliberately small. Advisors still schedule their own store walks rather than handing observation to junior researchers alone.
How we work with clients
Engagements begin with a short briefing call, a document request, and a proposed visit map. We publish findings in plain Thai or English as the client prefers, then run a working session so actions have named owners before we leave.
Floor first
Recommendations start from timed observation on the sales floor and in the stock room.
Comparable branches
We band stores by size and category so targets stay fair across the network.
Manager-ready notes
Reports use checklists and photos managers can coach from during Monday briefings.
Who we serve
Apparel, footwear, beauty, home goods, and specialty food retailers with three or more locations in Thailand. Clients range from family-owned chains preparing a fourth store to district leads inheriting uneven standards after rapid expansion.
We do not sell software, run payroll, or take over day-to-day store management. Our role is advisory: clear observation, ranked actions, and enough coaching for your team to carry the work.
