Fees reflect store count, travel, and the depth of floor observation required. Figures below are starting points for retail performance advisory across multi-location networks in Thailand—not fixed catalogue prices.

Store count
More locations mean more visit days. We sample a representative set rather than every branch when networks are large.
Travel
Visits outside Greater Bangkok add travel days and related costs, stated in the estimate before work starts.
Working sessions
Leadership debriefs in Bangkok are included in flagship reviews; extra district workshops are quoted separately.
Deposits & payment timing
Engagements typically begin with a fifty percent deposit to reserve visit weeks. The balance is due on delivery of the final report and working session. Informal pricing questions are welcome by email before you commit to a full brief.
